Lenten Retreat
Snapshot of our first Sts. Anargyroi Lenten Retreat March 14-15, 2025 at the St. Methodios Faith & Heritage Center in Contoocook, NH.
Adults, Teens, and Kids gathered Friday night at NH Retreat House for Salutations of The Virgin Mary followed by ice breaker “Get to Know You” Bingo opening the path for everyone to feel welcome.
The nighttime campfire enjoyed by all enabled us to further unwind and enjoy nature together.
Saturday’s Orthodox Life Session for the youth & Lenten Transformation Presentation for the adults inspired everyone.
Fr. Greg led forest hike allowed us to talk and reflect on Lenten themes as well feel more connected to each other.
Vespers & Dinner culminated the experience leaving everyone
feeling closer to God, each other and truly grateful for the brief yet spiritually impactful retreat.
